Dieses Jahr haben wir uns mal gedrückt und den Winter im australischen Outback und auf Java verschwitzt.

Mit einem großen Stapel neuer Bilder sind wir wieder da.

Auf Java haben wir einen Blick in den Vulkan "Gunung Bromo" geworfen. Auf dem Weg nach oben gab uns jemand den guten Rat: "Passt auf, dass ihr nicht reinfallt!".
Als wir am Kraterrand standen und ins brodelnde Innenleben des Berges starrten, haben wir vor allem gehofft, dass er nicht rauskommt...

Immer wieder werden wir gefragt, ob man unsere Bilder auch kaufen kann, jetzt können wir mit gutem Gewissen JA! sagen.
Eine Auswahl unserer "Besten" ist seit Kurzem in der Geo-Galerie und bei LUMAS erhältlich.

Ach, und noch was zum Thema Licht: wir laden unsere Taschenlampen jetzt mit selbsterzeugten Strom. Direkt aus der Solaranlage auf unserem Scheunendach.

Rough translation

This winter we got around it: sweating in the heat of Australia and Java rather than freezing our buts off in Germany.
Now we are back with a heap of new pictures.

On Java we snuck a peek into the volcano "Gunung Bromo". Somebody had a good advice on the way up: "Be careful not to fall in!". On the rim of the crater, face to face with the sulfureous guts of the volcano, we really hoped he wouldn't come out...

People keep asking where to by our pictures. Now we are happy to announce, that a choice of them is available at the GEO-Gallery and at LUMAS.

Oh, one more thing about light: we are now charging our flashlights with a solar power system on our roof.
